Overall wasnt happy Positive: No breakfast, the suite would have been nice if was cleaned ablot better. Looks like they only made bed really. Negative: Location was pretty nice but internet/wifi barely worked. Couldn't even watch a movie on Netflix. Place was Dirty. Table not even wiped, microwave and appliances dirty, floors weren't done well... washer/dryer stunk and needed cleaning. Hair in several areas of the fabric couch. Bedroom closet had two very nasty dirty fans and dirty blankets that weren't even folded in the closet. I asked twice for extra towels never received. Customer service was terrible. No breakfast, pay extra for parking even though their own site said complimentary but wouldn't honor that. If was clean and better service I would have considered staying again.

Get some AC Positive: Right at the resort Negative: Rooms have no AC. Walked into my room and it was 28.5 degrees....... elevator was out of service....

Positive: Bra pris, bra läge i Klippiga Bergen. Negative: Lite krånglig kommunikation med företaget efter bokningen och vid incheckningen. Ingen personal över huvud taget på hotellet under helgen. (Dock svarade de på telefon) Vi förstod inte vilket hus vi skulle bo i (det fanns två att välja på).. Ologisk uppmärkning av rum kontra den information man fick på bekräftelsen. Fanns ingen information/skiss över hur rummen är fördelade på de två husen
