Positive: Place is so modern and quiet neighborhood
Negative: It was a hot day and the temp in the living room was hot for me. But we did not touch the thermostat as there was a note not to touch it. I stayed mostly downstairs in the bedroom as it was colder there and the other room has a fan. I guess I could have asked the owner but I follow instructions so the note says dont touch so I did not bother to ask.
