2BR Cozy Condo - 2 King Beds! w/ Hot Tub Access

A nice location in Canmore. I really appreciated the extras they provided. They provided coffee, dish soap and paper towels. They also provided pods and fabric softener for the laundry detergent. Some VRBO only provide very little items. I thought it was a nice touch. It was nice having two king beds for two couples with each having it's own bathroom attached. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook.We loved using the hot tub the facility had. They have two hot tubs and they are quite large so it was never a issue to be able to use them. The facility does not provide towels for the hot tub. The host does give you a few but some of them were very worn. I did let the host know. The underground parking was convenient and we never had a problem finding parking.

Appreciate the work done by the host Positive: The host is an excellent communicator. All the info you need for check in is given in a well organized format and is complete. There are several amenities a short distance away. Nice to have washer and dryer on site. Kitchen has several pots pans dishes and glassware. Also a range of small appliances. Underground parking is easy to use - clean and well lit. Negative: The bed is not comfortable. The mattress needs to be updated. The shower rod fell down first day. When we walked in,there were a series of wires hanging out of the wall tv and other media boxes on a shelf. Not a good presentation. The bath products could see a change as well. All the other condos we’ve rented in the area highlight the Rocky Mountain line- from Canmore. The curtains have small holes in them that you can see when the lights shines on them. The balcony is a good size but the sliding screen door needs adjustment all the time. You have to open it very slowly to be able to use it. We were in contact several times with the host throughout the stay with feedback and suggestions. We made sure to leave it clean and garbages emptied etc with everything how we found it. Although the close proximity to the highway is a plus, you also have the noise from it. The gas station just a few buildings away and gets a lot of business from the highway so a lot of cars are coming off and going back out to that Trans Canada highway.

The place was exactly as advertised – two large bedrooms with en suite in each. It was very clean and spacious and provided just the right accommodations for our group of two couples (and on this occasion, we needed the sofa bed and that was perfect) I would definitely recommend this for its location(Canmore is a beautiful Town and a short trip to Banff and the surrounding park ) Communication from the owner was beyond excellent – nothing was left to figure out and everything was as they said. I am going to keep this place in mind for my next trip to the area (I have a son that lives and works in Banff and go to see him every other year) this place accommodated two couples very easily and well.
