Cozy Oasis: 2BR w/ Hot Tub & Gym | 10 Mins to DT

We had a wee glitch when we arrived in that the digital key wouldnt allow entry. Im still unsure if this was an error on my part for not seeing something in the instructions or an operation error of the door. In any case after some time we did gain entry. The stay itself was pleasnt and handy to the visits we wanted to do. The host is obviously doing some upkeep and recent plastering was noted on walls. The host was very contactable and helpful on the odd time we required advice. Overall we enjoyed 13 days in the unit which was warm and comfy.

Had everything we needed and everything went perfectly Positive: Everything was exactly as described, everything went smooth and customer service was fast and exceptional Negative: N/A

Had an issue with the door code when we arrived, but Tina was available to help right away and had no other issues during our stay. The location was perfect - convenient for getting to Banff to explore and Canmore is just a short drive up the highway, but nice to be away from the busy downtown area. Will definitely consider staying here again if we make it back up!

The host was kind, courteous, and very accommodating. We appreciated her granting access for our pup to use her backyard, which was her personal space.
