Mountain View Penthouse: 3BR with Private Hot Tub!

This is a great spot for a small group visiting the Canmore and Banff area. We had two families (9 people total- 5 kids) sharing the rental and we had more than enough space, plus they had some extra mattresses and an airbed that we found in the closet. The host was super communicative before and during our stay. The oven was not operational during our stay, but we were provided an early heads up to allow us to plan accordingly for meals. We needed maintenance during our stay for the hot tub- and they were also very communicative to help solve our issue. The rental had a lot of staples for cooking and laundry. This was really appreciated. The two parking spots were really conveniently located near the elevator - but beware that there is a support pole so the left parking can be tight with a larger vehicle. The kids LOVED the indoor pool- especially the slide. We spent at least an hour or two each day here. We really enjoyed staying at this rental. It worked great for our group size and our planned activities near by. Would recommend this location to others.

Negative: Le spa n’était pas fonctionnel et malgré qu’un équipe de service a été envoyée le lendemain de notre arrivée, nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser pendant notre séjour. Un seul ascenseur fonctionnait lors de notre séjour.

2 elevators were out of service with only one that operational on the far side of the resort so lots of trips up 4 flights of stairs with luggage / groceries etc. Received noise complaints almost immediately after 10pm when no music was playing. Was told we were talking too loud and that they could hear people laughing sometimes. For reference, when standing on our own patio nothing could be heard through a single pane of glass so I know we were not being excessively loud. Also received a noise complaint when we weren't even in the unit? If you're planning on staying awake passed 10 pm this may not be the place for you.Other than that, unit was exactly as advertised, well stocked, very clean, hot tub views are incredible and we did actually have a very nice time despite the issues above.

Beautiful condo with amazing views. The property has wonderful mountain views from a variety of viewpoints. The hotub setup is amazing and the condo is roomy with several different areas for a large family to enjoy.All dishes and supplies were plentiful. The decor is lovely with many unique items and a high end feel.
