Gateway Suites: Charming Stay Prfct for 4 Guests!

Positive: The renovated bathroom was good. Negative: There was lots of noise, from the Highway, from trains and from further guests. I could not sleep. Beside that someone was in the unit during our stay, searched bags and removed pillowsheets and through them on the floor. Cleaning and better treatment required, too. For that it was too expensive.

Clean & Close to Banff, but Quite Noisy Positive: The bedding was incredibly clean, and being just 10 minutes from Banff made it so convenient to go back and forth every day. They even provided a large bag of coffee, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. I also loved how they provided all the little essentials that are easy to forget but a hassle to be without—like dish soap, sponges, makeup remover wipes, and trash bags. It was such a thoughtful touch! Negative: The accommodation is located close to the highway and railway, and because the windows are thin, the traffic and train noise was very loud. One night, four trains passed by, making it impossible to sleep. Also, even though it was a room for four people, there was only a dining table and two chairs. It was disappointing that when we asked for two more chairs, they told us they didn't have any.
