Positive: The location! Proximity to both Banff and Canmore was great.
Negative: It was a little warm in the room (although 2 fans were proactively provided, which helped), but the biggest issue was the noise from the floor above. I know you can't control guest movements, but having someone pace for hours in the middle of the night when you can hear every step is not restful.

Negative: Mostly everything was bad, and very pricy as cleaning cost were equal to the room cost. How can that make sense.

Perfect!
Positive: Location was really good! We could see the mountains, it’s not too busy, and close to things we wanted to do. Check in was easy and the hosts were so nice and responsive.

Great place to stay close to everything in the park
Positive: Very spacious. Well equipped: fridge, coffee machine, cups, spoons, kettle, microwave, Tv with Netflix, vacuum cleaner... Details well taken care of. Parking available. Good availability of staff.
