Cozy Studio w/ MTN Views | Sleeps 4! | Near Banff

Positive: Location is great. Just out of town of Canmore and 20min from Banff. Easy & free parking. Negative: The pictures are misleading or should I say, professionally taken and very well edited. The room is not at all as bright as shown in the pictures. At any hour of the day we needed to use the lights. No plates, bowls or stove top available. Same shallow sink to wash the dishes and your teeth. No sink in the bathroom. It was not super clean, I think they missed a spot in the room. Just next to highway so it’s noisy.

Zimmer roch extrem nach Javel. War ein bisschen Chaos im Zimmer mit Reinigungsmitteln etc. Ventilatoren verdreckt. Im Bett viele Haare gefunden. Sehr laute Lage Autobahn und Eisenbahn direkt vor der Unterkunft. Toaster und Microwelle im Gang zwischen den Reinigungsmitteln.

Positive: Great location, easy access to Banff. Quick response of the staff when issues arise. Negative: The door lock was broken when we first arrived, we had a bit of struggle, but the staff was able to send the locksmith over to change it relatively quickly. We found some dirt on the pillow, initially we thought they forgot to change, the staff was able to let us change them by giving us clean ones, which was great. It turned out there was an insect drilled a hole on the wall, leading to dirt on the pillow, I hope they have dealt with the issue. Overall we had a good experience with the stay.

Positive: The beds, quite, affordable, clean and comfortable Negative: Expensive to get to town and back without a car, would of liked some bowls and the sink was difficult to fill water bottles in but very clean comfortable place.

Positive: The location is great-only 20mins to Banff town. The hosts are very welcoming and always replied promptly when we need help.
